We don’t expect you to share your story, if you want to talk we will listen and support.
Just know that you are in a safe community and ‘we get it’.
If you have childcare and transport barriers, a small amount of funding we secured enables us to support this.
Please get in touch and ask for help.
Our closed Facebook group provides a safe space for people to post and share helpful information and to support each other.
To make this as safe as possible, we only add people to the group who have answered all of the security questions and agreed to the group rules.
We have a private WhatsApp group so that people can support each other if they choose outside of the meetings.
We ask that you attend our group before you are added.

In partnership with Clear Path UK, we offer The Four Cornerstones of Healing, a 10-week trauma-informed abuse healing programme, which enables survivors of domestic abuse to access healing tools that are otherwise inaccessible.
This means that you can begin to understand and manage your triggers, take back control of your life and flourish beyond trauma and abuse.
“I have particularly been grateful to access the Four Cornerstones sessions.” Group Member
Please get in touch if you’d like to be added to the next programme.
The next programme is starting 19th January 2024 online
After that we have 2 more programmes over the next year - register your interest now by emailing hello@movingforward-lincoln.org
